Welcome to Yin. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pressonnails-yin.com and your purchase of our handcrafted press-on nails. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from product photos. Colour and pattern may differ due to screen settings and handcrafted variation.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed after payment is received. Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept card payments, PayNow, GrabPay and PayPal where available. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment failure.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Singapore addresses only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our nails are handmade and personal-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on this website are the property of Yin and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
